Delivery Policy

Digital delivery only

Every title sold by PawPetz is a digital product. Nothing is printed, packed or posted, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is required at checkout.

How you receive your files

• A download link is emailed to the address entered at checkout, usually within seconds of payment clearing.
• Each purchase includes both a PDF and an EPUB file.
• Manual payments (CashApp, Zelle, bank transfer) are released as soon as we confirm the receipt you send us — typically within the hour.

Link validity

Download links do not expire and can be used on as many of your own devices as you like. Files are DRM-free.
