We hope you love your PawPetz piece. If it's not the right fit, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Item must be in original, unused condition
- Include all original packaging and hardware
- Made-to-order and personalised items are final sale
How to return
Email care@pawpetz.org with your order number. We'll issue a prepaid return label and instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.
