Digital sales are final

Because ebooks are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are final. Please read the description and format details before purchasing.

When we will refund or replace

• The file is corrupted, incomplete or will not open.
• You were charged twice for the same title.
• The book is materially different from what the product page described.
• Your download never arrived and we cannot deliver it.

In those cases we will replace the file or refund you in full — whichever you prefer.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your provider.
